invites you its 6th
Open Meeting.The
VRC wants to make opportunities to hear all views on
aspects of its work. To help this, the VRC decided it
should hold its Open Meetings at different locations
round the UK. This is its opportunity to hear,
particularly, the views of consumers in Wales and the

Poultry Products Survey Published
Results for the Brand Naming Survey of Chloramphenicol, Coccidiostats/Nitroimidazoles and Nitrofurans in Poultry Products.
All 100
samples were compliant, showing no evidence of the use

Veterinary Residues Committee (VRC) held its 5th
Open Meeting on 12 November at the Beardmore Hotel
Glasgow.

The seventh annual report of the independent Veterinary
Residues Committee (VRC) has been published today.
The report summarises
the results from samples of UK-produced animals and
animal products and imported products collected
throughout 2007. It also contains a description of the
VRC's achievements during its seventh year.
